THE PRACTICE

A designer's eye and care in every detail.

Monarch Luxscapes is a design-and-build landscaping company founded in 2026 by Mackenzie Deacon. We take on a deliberate number of Utah Valley projects at a time, so every yard gets the same standard: graded right, planted right, lit right — finished like it has to carry our name, because it does.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you call.

Answers to the questions we hear on almost every first walk, so you can start planning your yard with confidence.

CALL OR TEXT (208) 497-7244 →

The property walk, measurements, and written quote are all free. You decide when to move forward. Call or text (208) 497-7244 and Mackenzie calls back within one business day to set it up.

Mostly it comes down to how much dirt has to move. A flat lot that needs sod and sprinklers is a different job from a bench lot that needs a wall, drainage and a re-cut grade before anything can be planted. We measure your property in person and provide a fixed quote before work begins.

Both. A single patio, a wall or an irrigation system is a normal job for us. When the full yard is the eventual goal, we draw the whole plan first and build it in stages, so each stage fits naturally into the finished yard.

Both, under one company. The plan you approve is the plan our own crew builds, and Mackenzie signs the finished work off against that drawing.

Grading and hardscape run any time the ground is workable, roughly March through November. Sod goes down best in spring and early fall. Winter is design and quoting season, and those plans are the first ones built when the ground opens up.

Within one business day. You can also call or text (208) 497-7244.
